India, Tom Savini & Battered-Person Syndrome Christian Bale Updates on The Dark Knight Rises

I read about more places where The Dark Knight Rises is filming that isn't New Orleans and a part of me dies a little, and cries for Christopher Nolan's head on a platter!

Jokes aside, Daily Bhaskar reports the third Batman installment will lens in India (the city of Jodhpur, to be specific) after getting the thumbs up from the Information and Broadcasting Ministry. Not going to make wild speculations on what Nolan & Co. are specifically filming. But sources tell us it will most likely have something to do with, wait for it, Batman. Let that sink in for a minute there, kiddos.

A few other tidbits while we're on the subject of the cape and cowl, and no I don't consider fucking random pictures of Tom Hardy muscled up as "news." God, if only we'd seen pictures of him pumped up and bald before!

Then again, there's the chance this is from The 13 Women of Nanjing, Rescue Dawn or countless other films where Bale got his ass handed to him.
