IMAX Listings For The Dark Knight Rises Prologue

Warner Brothers and Legendary Pictures would like to remind you good readers the prologue to The Dark Knight Rises (the Christopher Nolan-helmed, Christian Bale cape-and-cowl wearing capper to their Batman trilogy – you may have heard about it if you've ever been anywhere near any movie-news site, including this one, since 2008) will play in front of IMAX screenings of Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol starting on December 16.

For the Under 1% Who Demanded It - Hansel & Gretel Witch Hunters First Look

Coming off their geniusly half-assed, hit-whoring "Best Movie Prequels of All-Time" list that included Batman Begins, even though that was a reboot and in their first sentence confessed, "Yeah...it's not really a prequel," Entertainment Weekly has your first look at Hansel & Gretel Witch Hunters, starring Jeremy Renner (as he begins ascending the over-exposure mountain once conquered by Jude Law circa 2004) and Gemma Arterton.

The revisionist yarn that answers the question we all wondered as small children, "What if Hansel and Gretel were like, totally fucked up after that whole 'gingerbread house' episode and turned into Dog the Bounty Hunter?"

The trailer, they say, drops next Thursday. Until said footage premieres and either shuts me up or adds fuel to my fire, it's all snarky-bastard from yours truly on the subject of this one.

International Trailer For "The Raven"

John Cusack headlines The Raven as famed author Edgar Allan Poe, who is often credited as the inventor of the detective fiction genre. In McTeigue’s film, the man gets caught up in a dangerous (and deadly) game when his stories become the basis for a madmen’s murder spree in 19th century Baltimore. Local detective Emmet Fields (Luke Evans) thereafter recruits Poe to assist him in tracking down the serial killer; the stakes are soon raised even higher when the writer’s beloved, Emily (Alice Eve), is also targeted by the mysterious murderer.

Tom Cruise Eyes All You Need Is Kill

I've heard the concept for "All You Need Is Kill," based on the Japanese novel by Hiroshi Sakurazaka described as "Groundhog Day...with aliens." I'm a big fan of Tom Cruise and like Doug Liman's work. However the plot for this sci fi actioner (via Coming Soon) doesn't really appeal to me, maybe when I see some footage my mind will be changed..

Tom Cruise has agreed to star in the Doug Liman-directed All You Need Is Kill at Warner Bros. Pictures, reports Variety.

There's one thing worse than dying. It's coming back to do it again and again... When the alien Gitai invade, Keiji Kiriya is just one of many raw recruits shoved into a suit of battle armor and sent out to kill. Keiji dies on the battlefield, only to find himself reborn each morning to fight and die again and again. On the 158th iteration though, he sees something different, something out of place: the female soldier known as the B*tch of War. Is the B*tch the key to Keiji's escape, or to his final death?

The trade adds that a deal is not officially signed yet, though the script has been rewritten to fit Cruise's age. Dante Harper wrote the script and Jody Harold did a rewrite.

Set in the big state of Texas, TNT's new "Dallas" also lives life large and in the fast lane and brings a new generation of stars together with cast members from the original drama series. The series stars Josh Henderson, Jesse Metcalfe, Jordana Brewster, Julie Gonzalo and Brenda Strong, and they will be joined by iconic stars Patrick Duffy, Linda Gray and Larry Hagman as J.R. Ewing.

Catfight! Paula Patton vs Lea Seydoux In Ghost Protocol Clip

Damn Ladies! Pretty aggressive stuff here from "Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol" via IGN, I know Paula Patton has talked about doing fight training but I wonder if that included tackles in that tight dress.
