    First Official Lone Ranger & Tonto Image Rides Onto The Net!

    I'm surprised how washed out and serious this debut image of the new Lone Ranger & Tonto is. I was expecting bright colours and a sly smile, maybe we all jumped the gun in thinking it will be Pirates of the Caribbean with Cowboy hats?

    Uber producer Jerry Bruckheimer unveiled the pic on his Twitter.

    I know it's just a pic but it looks awful. Hopefully the movie turns out good.

    I'd like to believe that it will be a more sincere type of film that doesn't play off Depp's usual brand of quirkiness, but that picture doesn't breed much confidence.
