Cap, Black Widow and Hawkeye On Set In New York!

There's not a whole lot to say, Just Jared has gotten these amazing shots of Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) on the NEw York set of The Avengers.

I love how marvel films can get away with complete costume (and race) liberties for the simple fact that they introduced it to their comic readers first. Whereas DC films(namely the superman one) have an up hill battle.

That being said.
Hawkeye looks great, if only nolan wasn't so hung up on making a real real world practical suit...

The work on cap never ceases to look silly in anywhere but the production art. I mean let's be honest. The early art for modern cap with the black shoulder straps was pure win whereas this new stuff looks like a fancy version of the USO suit.

That new Cap costume looks pretty bad here. Looks like a cosplay uniform at Comic-Con.
