Unstoppable Trailer
Fri, August 6, 2010 A /Film reader was kind enough to send them the first trailer for Tony Scott's "Unstoppable" starring Denzel Washington and Chris Pine, the film is loosely based on true events and is a story of two men, an experienced engineer (Denzel) and a young conductor (Pine), who race against time in their locomotive to cut off an unmanned freight train loaded with toxic chemicals that if not stopped will crash into a town.
I have to say despite being a fan of all involved I was not interested in this when it was announced as these kinds of stories tend to be a bit dry and dull, however the trailer has piqued my interest, the drama looks intense and the action parts of the race to stop the freight train look spectacular, the signs of Denzel and Pine striking up a good onscreen team are a big plus.
"Unstoppable" opens November 12th and you can check out the trailer below.
