Wonder Woman Hoping To Lasso Director

I'm beginning to think that IESB has a parking space located somewhere on 4000 Warner Boulevard or maybe a locker in the Hall of Justice? IESB has received some more information on another WB/DC film and surprisingly it doesn't involve Batman or Superman, nor is it even related to Green Lantern.

A few weeks ago, we told you that the live action Wonder Woman film set up over at WB and Silver Pictures had been picking up speed as of late. Last we heard they were on the hunt for new writers and were taking pitches.

Now, we've gotten another tidbit of news from this long dormant franchise, looks like WB and Silver Pictures are now looking for a director. The studios are enthusiastically working together to attach elements to the film to get it up and going quickly.

Looks as though the powers that be are trying to get "Princess Diana" on a fast track to the big screen. Is it possible that they are trying to lasso a spot for 2011 in order to fill WB/DC's comic book film void? You have to wonder when we'll start hearing some news on a possible Flash movie as well. Could WB actually be on their way to executing a team up film for these characters? Well, let's not get ahead of ourselves.
