Movie Moan's Summer 2014 Box Office Predictions Special

Movie Moan is back!............because we never left you.
Our podcast returns for a near four hour epic comeback special as we bring you the show you love the most out of the entire year; the Box Office prediction game.
And as always, you don't have to listen to us ramble on for the sake of it. You get to take part in the action.
So get your game faces on and join your regular Movie Moan competitors Phil Gee, Jamie Williams, ComingSoon.net's Ed Douglas, and BoxOffice.com's Shawn Robbins as we predict the US domestic box office on most of Summer 2014's big movies, and how much they will make up the cut off date of September 1st.

ASM 2: $280M
I'm hoping big on this one. It could overblow tracking or fizzle out, either way it comes down to Sony's aggressive marketing campaign.
Neighbours: $110M
It'll be grand, will reach wide demo.
Godzilla: $176M
Rise of the Apes is my basis for this. Will hold strong it seems despite X-Men.
X-Men: $250M
Gonna be BIG! This could be the surprise mega-hit of the Summer. Huge scale, star-power and early buzz is great.
Maleficent: $115M
Will be very frontloaded and will fizzle out I think.
AMWTDITW: $160M
Trailer is getting positive reactions from audiences, but conceit will hurt it I think.
EOT: $75M
Tough to market to be fair, Tom Cruise is the only thing here that will make it money (albeit little).
HTTYD 2: $325M
Biggest film of the summer. That is all.
22 Jump Street: $185M
Sequel bump will be there for sure, but I feel it might be a bit underwhelming.
TRANS4MERS: $275M
Lowest grossing domestic (franchise fatigue), but could still reach $1 billion thanks to China.
DOTPOTA: $185M
Solid sequel bump here, could very well reach $200M. No other big July releases.
Jupiter Ascending: $55M
lol.
Hercules: $120M
Rock star-power... and that's it.
GOTG: $170M
Marvel brand will help but strong marketing will propel for solid numbers.
TMNT: $125M
I don't know what the first teaser is trying to market here. Michael Bay? Humor? Darkngritty? Shrek turtles?
Expendables 3: $75M
