International "Django Unchained" Trailer

Set in the South two years before the Civil War, the December 25 release stars Academy Award®-winner Jamie Foxx as Django, a slave whose brutal history with his former owners lands him face-to-face with German-born bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz (Academy Award®-winner Christoph Waltz). Schultz is on the trail of the murderous Brittle brothers, and only Django can lead him to his bounty. The unorthodox Schultz acquires Django with a promise to free him upon the capture of the Brittles – dead or alive.

Success leads Schultz to free Django, though the two men choose not to go their separate ways. Instead, Schultz seeks out the South’s most wanted criminals with Django by his side. Honing vital hunting skills, Django remains focused on one goal: finding and rescuing Broomhilda (Kerry Washington), the wife he lost to the slave trade long ago.

Django and Schultz’s search ultimately leads them to Calvin Candie (Academy Award®-nominee Leonardo DiCaprio), the proprietor of “Candyland,” an infamous plantation where slaves are groomed by trainer Ace Woody to battle each other for sport. Exploring the compound under false pretenses, Django and Schultz arouse the suspicion of Stephen (Academy Award®-nominee Samuel L. Jackson), Candie's trusted house slave. Their moves are marked, and a treacherous organization closes in on them. If Django and Schultz are to escape with Broomhilda, they must choose between independence and solidarity, between sacrifice and survival...

"Evil Dead" Remake Debuts Teaser Of The Teaser

Continuing the very annoying trend of releasing a teaser for a teaser Screen Gems has released a teaser trailer for the teaser trailer of the upcoming Evil Dead remake. Footage looks pretty good, I'm not opposed to remaking Evil Dead because I think the original has aged horribly and I can't even appreciate the camp of it anymore. I know, fanboy blasphemy, but I can't lie.

I like how the studio decided to inter splice footage of the fan reaction to the Evil Dead panel with the footage. I'm not sure when studios will learn that fan reaction at Comic Con doesn't translate to a fat bottom line with the general public. Check out the teaser of the teaser below courtesy of ComingSoon.Net

Say Hi to Your Mother for Me, Optimus!

This speaks to their working well together on Pain & Gain, I take it.

While not committing the act of proclaiming "done deal," Twitch says Michael Bay is talking Mark Wahlberg into starring in Transformers 4. Most recent rumors suggested a female lead to change things up for the departing Shia LaBeouf, who you will never convince me quit on his own accord. What moron walks from the gravy-train stuffing $10-$15 million paychecks in your wallet every two years?

One could argue the franchise doesn't require a human-face. This is all about Bay's fetishistic action and depiction of women, minorities and his pro-military hard on. And the fist-swapping robots. But Wahlberg is a likeable enough presence and the folks and us film-snobs equally dig him. That'll do, Bay.

'Iron Man 3' Trailer

Wow.

Looks like Shane Black may have just made a kick ass Iron Man film.

You be the judge:

Marvel Studios’ Iron Man 3 pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?

Starring Robert Downey Jr. , Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale with Jon Favreau and Ben Kingsley, Iron Man 3 is directed by Shane Black from a screenplay by Drew Pearce and Shane Black and is based on Marvel’s iconic Super Hero Iron Man, who first appeared on the pages of Tales of Suspense (#39) in 1963 and had his solo comic book debut with The Invincible Iron Man (#1) in May of 1968. Iron Man 3 is presented by Marvel Studios in association with Paramount Pictures and DMG Entertainment. Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige is producing and Jon Favreau, Louis D’Esposito, Stephen Broussard, Victoria Alonso, Alan Fine, Charles Newirth, Stan Lee and Dan Mintz are executive producers. The film releases May 3, 2013, and is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.

Got a Question for The Wolverine?

Do you want to know how that new Wolverine movie is going?  You'll have your chance to ask on Monday, October 29th, as Hugh Jackman and director James Mangold will be hosting a live chat to answer questions and show off some new behind-the-scenes footage from the sequel, which opens in theaters next July 26.

You can see the announcement right here, courtesy of the The Wolverine's official website:

This might be a good time to ask if the rumor about Famke Janssen recently filming a Jean Grey cameo is true.  Or to inquire about whatever the hell that is on Hugh's shirt in that video.  Whatever you'd like to ask, you can just send your questions via Twitter using the hashtag #TheWolverineLive, or you can submit your questions via the film's official Facebook page

The live chat will be held here on Monday, October 29, at 1pm Pacific Time.
